Week 12 roundup, Thanksgiving games (00:28)
CHI 16, DET 14
Andy Dalton makes the pass catchers viable in fantasy
David Montgomery a so-so game but the volume was there
Darnell Mooney is pretty much QB proof; has a connection with both Dalton & Justin Fields
Cole Kmet coming on late in the season; check the waiver wire to see if he's available
Jared Goff is who he is; seems like DET may be looking for a franchise QB when all is said & done
D'Andre Swift leaving the game early with a shoulder sprain; enter Jamaal Williams
Next up: CHI hosts ARI; DET hosts MIN
LV 36, DAL 33 (OT)
LV, who many left for dead, somehow gets the win
Derek Carr with a masterful performance
Josh Jacobs brilliant in the run game
Darren Weller leaves this game early with a minor knee injury
Hunter Renfrow was the direct beneficiary of Weller's injury
DeSean Jackson playing the Henry Ruggs III role in this offense
Dak Prescott with a fine game which makes this loss even more perplexing given that he was without Amari Cooper (COVID) & Ceedee Lamb (concussion)
Ezekiel Elliott could possibly sit in the coming weeks with his knee ailment
Michael Gallup & Cedrick Wilson steps up in the absence of Cooper & Lamb
Next up: LV hosts WAS; DAL travels to NO (Thurs)
BUF 31, NO 6
Josh Allen with a very good game bouncing back from last week's debacle
Zach Moss was a healthy scratch in this contest; seems like Matt Breida is the RB of choice
Stefon Diggs continues his hot play lately; Dawson Knox viable in a big
way
Trevor Siemian has his ups & downs; this game was a downer
Without Alvin Kamara & Mark Ingram II both out with knee injuries, Tony Jones Jr got the start; didn't play so great
Now may be the time to pick up Tre'Quan Smith although the QB play makes it a bit tricky
Next up: BUF hosts NE (Mon); NO hosts DAL (Thurs)
GD's Rock Solid DFS Picks (20:47)
QB: Jimmy Garoppolo (SF) vs MIN: he's been playing well at QB as of late & the SF offense has come on also; MIN pass defense just got torched by Aaron Rodgers (GB)
RB: Darrell Henderson (LAR) @ GB: a forgotten man since his team was on a bye; GB run defense giving up the 7th most fantasy points to opposing RBs
David Johnson (HOU) vs NYJ: a multi-faceted RB who can easily exploit the NYJ awful run defense, even despite the presence of running mate Rex Burkhead
WR: DJ Moore (CAR) vs MIA: now very much playable with Cam Newton at QB; MIA pass defense allowing the 3rd most fantasy points to opposing WRs
Michael Pittman Jr (IND) vs TB: in a game where Carson Wentz will have to air it out, MPJ has a chance at a monster game especially given the fact that TB will do their best to shut down Jonathan Taylor in the run game; plus TB's pass defense can be suspect
TE: Dallas Goedert (PHI) at NYG: NYG pass defense ranked 26th; could be a game where he & DeVonta Smith can feast off of that defense
D/ST: HOU vs NYJ: with Zach Wilson back at QB after his PCL injury & Michael Carter Jr out with a high ankle sprain, this NYJ offense seems bound to struggle mightily in this game
JAC vs ATL: they get an ATL offense that has had a rough time especially without the services of Calvin Ridley who's still out on leave due to mental issues he's dealing with; this JAC defense could very well exploit their shortcomings
